Account Creation, Security & Personal Information
When registering at xc 88, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and mobile number. Creating an account with false or incomplete information to claim any benefit may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. If any of your details change, notify our support team immediately.
Each individual may register only one account. If a person is found operating multiple accounts, or if multiple accounts are created using the same device, IP address, or payment method, they will be flagged as duplicate accounts. All bonuses and winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be considered void.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. xc 88 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat — if you receive any such request, contact our support team immediately. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, change your password at once and get in touch with us. xc 88 is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials or granting access to a third party.

You may only deposit funds that have been obtained through legitimate means. Using xc 88 for money laundering, tax evasion, or any other illegal financial activity is a criminal offence. If such activity is detected, the relevant information may be disclosed to Bangladeshi law enforcement authorities. xc 88 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
Payment, Transaction & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on xc 88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other widely used mobile banking methods. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though in some cases the banking system may require up to 30 minutes to process.
To submit a withdrawal request, your KYC verification must be complete, and withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for your deposit. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours; however, cases requiring additional verification may take up to 72 hours. Funds credited in error must be returned, and failure to do so may result in account suspension. Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Xc 88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, violation of Anti-Money Laundering policy, operation of multiple accounts, or failure to complete KYC verification. For suspended accounts, a decision will be communicated once the investigation is complete.
You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If a valid balance remains at the time of your closure request and all wagering requirements have been met, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it. If you opt for self-exclusion, you will not be able to access the platform before the specified period ends, and any attempt to open a new account will also be blocked.
Xc 88 is not liable for any financial loss or missed opportunity resulting from technical faults, server downtime, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures on the platform. If a bet remains unsettled due to a technical issue, xc 88 reserves the right to make the final determination on that bet's outcome. We always aim for maximum uptime, but 100% uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Xc 88's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the transaction in dispute. xc 88 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect losses, loss of profit, missed business opportunities, or any other consequential damages. This limitation of liability is consistent with applicable Bangladeshi law and exists to protect the interests of both parties.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
All content on the xc 88 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of xc 88. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. xc 88 reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
The xc 88 platform may integrate third-party game providers, payment gateways, and other services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside xc 88's control. xc 88 is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services — however, we always endeavour to work with trusted and verified partners. If you experience a problem with a third-party service, please contact that provider directly.
Xc 88 reserves the right to unilaterally amend its Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you via your registered email or an on-platform notice, though this is not mandatory. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation. If no resolution is reached, arbitration will proceed in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act. The Bangla version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered the final and authoritative text.
